You Can Help

SB824 was effectively shelved in the Senate Innovation, Industry, and Technology Committee on Wednesday 4/10. This greatly reduced the possibility of the Vacation Rental Industry gaining more ground. However, the companion bill (HB987) passed all committees and is due to be presented to the Full House. This needs to be defeated in the House to insure that we retain existing local control over vacation rentals and to send a message to this industry that Florida is not up for sale.

Please use the links below to send an email to all house members urging them to vote against HB987. Note you will need to send 4 emails to cover all members, so you don't run into spamming limitations.

Thank you for participating. It appears that we are making a difference.
